Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
Player 129162 will receive a punishment for General Rule, 6.4.
He failed to provide body cam, left the territory of National Guard, which he should not do.
Also, its clear that he violated the Gen. Rule, 6.4. So, he will get punished.
