I was driving up to Capitol today when I saw a car just ramming all the parked cars. He then saw me and rammed my car. When I parked and approached him to advise him to stop he then proceeded to drive his car right into me. He would have done it a 2nd time, but stopped when he saw I was behind the barriers.
