I didn't realize there was a robbery here. I moved forward slowly so as not to hurt anyone. But this police officer started shooting at me without any demand and injured me.
I was just going to take the desert container. I have no connection with the robbery. I didn't block the officers or gang members there.

My evidence is clear. You don't have any demand. Even if you give a demand you have to count for 5 seconds but you start shooting immediately.

there were actually only 1 Bugatti with the same color as you but i think he ran away and then u came and i or everyone thought that it was the same one so i shot you

Upon reviewing the situation, I have decided to Conclude this report as following:
As there is no demand in the provided evidence there is no UB Demand.
However
ID 19937 will be punished for Fail RP
( You were in an RP situation and as a Law enforcer you should be doing proper RP interaction (such as asking the citizen to leave the area for his and operation's safety etc.) before engaging any shooting. )
Also,
ID 19937 will be punished for E.R 1.7
(as failed to provide POV for the event above)​
