Hello dear higher ups,
I've been permantly banned from EN02 and EN03 , and the reason was Anticheat #1004, i would be truly honest and wish you consider what i will say, i dont know what proof i can provide for it to be a valid one, the day i got banned i was in school, i dont really know why this keeps happening. I think what might cause such thing is my bad laptop since i play with a really bad fps and a bad ping, it cause me sometimes to not be able to die and everything, im ready for PC check and everything in order for the ban to be lifted, i really wanna go back and play with my friends and have fun, as i had most of my fun here in the server.
