1. First pov when i told him to show me passport but after hearing me, he excused that he can not hear so i wrote it down (Check Left eye), then he left the city and done CL

2, second POV, he i cuffed him as he told that his network gone and lied about it, now when i searched him and i was processing him, he done CL again, (I uncuffed him because he told me that his network gone, that's why i uncuffed him.
