All in POV. Here is more POV to further explain the situation. So ID 24696 was detained at the Capital, his friend ID 45509 in the car and on the motorcycle was repeatedly trying to run over him to kill him. One of my colleagues called the wizard who instantly removed her from the situation but not before she had already rendered him unconscious. There was no shootout as its green grass and he is incapable of shooting at us, plus he was in handcuffs. One of the officers accidently uncuffed him as they revived him and that's where the the video picks up in the original thread 791844

womp womp doesn't change the fact your officers were laughing at you for being slapped, and he was in a gunfight, bc you and your incompetent colleague pulled a taser on him and shot at him first so he ran outside of gz to shoot which he has every right to do as he is self defending you also stated your officer accidentally uncuffed him, clearly gov workers need some training on how to arrest people. also you never showed clip of your and your officer shooting at 24696, bit of a pointless post bc I was already punished for vdm and that's the only thing you've posted, please learn the rules before filing a complaint.
