Player 183619 causing chaos at the market, continuously ramming and killing people with his car. Making it impossible to do anything peacefully at the market.
Interfering and destroying RP of multiple citizens.
He also appears to be using some hacks,but that is not my area of expertise.
Requesting admins to look into the matter and punish him accordingly.
