Greetings, dear players of our server! As you know, soon we are preparing to celebrate one of the most awaited holidays of the year. Christmas and New Year. In this cold time, our favorite project Grand Role Play is ready to warm you up with a new Christmas update! And in this article – we will tell you about all the most interesting things about the released update.
Global Christmas Event
A completely new system of Christmas event is already waiting for you on the servers of our project. It will include a lot of tasks, its own currency – Christmas keys. You can get them for completing various tasks from Santa Claus, buy from other players, or for Grand Coin’s. And now, we will briefly tell you how the Christmas Event system works.
In the village of Altruists on Chilliad Mountain there is a decorated Christmas location. After arriving at this location, you need to find Santa Claus and take one of his part-time jobs for mining Christmas resources: copper, perch, wood, cabbage seeds, and so on. Basically, you can get any of our standard jobs, you go there and start working, and in the process there’s a chance you’ll get Christmas resources with which you can start Christmas key production. It’s important to note that every day the profession changes and you must go to Santa to get it again.
Within the new event there is an exciting quest line. It consists of 12 quests, for each of which you will receive 1 key + 1 additional key for completing the whole chain of quests. It is important to know that every day these quests will be reset, you can repeat them and get additional keys.
In addition to the main quest chain, there are 5 additional quests for which you can also get Christmas keys:
- Delivery of gifts – you need to take the task in the Christmas menu and go to specified point on the map. Reaching the point counts as passing 1 stage. After that a new point is generated and you need to go 5 times to different houses.
- Build a snow figure. The figure can be built anywhere in the state. As soon as the snow figure is completed – the daily task will be completed. Keep in mind that in order for the task to be completed, the snow figure must be built within the building time until it expires.
- Fix the Christmas tree. There is a Christmas tree in Santa’s village (in the village of altruists), it is not decorated. You can get a task there to fix it. In order to fix it you will need 4 Christmas resources – copper, perch, wood and cabbage seeds. The amount of resources required is randomly generated. When you complete this daily task, the Christmas tree is transformed and fireworks are launched.
- Repairing the village – this task requires Christmas wood. You need to go to a checkpoint and start repairing, there are 5 checkpoints, each checkpoint requires 1 Christmas wood. After completing this task, the village will be transformed and will shine.
- Killing the Christmas thief – you need to go to the point indicated on the map, find the Christmas thief and kill him, then you will take the Christmas keys from him. Also, every day, in a random place, will appear a secret NPC, when interacting with which you will be able to get an additional key.
Furthermore, for christmas event we added a mini game with Tamagotchi. Each player starts with 1 tamagotchi. The Tamagotchi updates its wishes 2 times per hour. Each wish requires a specific Christmas resource out of all the Christmas resources. By completing 2 wishes in an hour – you will get a Christmas key. But no more than 4 keys per day from one tamagotchi. There can be up to 7 Tamagotchi in total. To unlock a new Tamagotchi you need to complete all tasks in a row within 4 hours. If at least one task is not completed, the counter will reset and you will have to do it all over again. If you have completed all the tasks of Tamagotchi within 4 hours, then the next day you will have another Tamagotchi. And now you can get keys from 2 tamagotchis and so on up to 7 tamagotchis.
Also added to the crafting menu a new Christmas pet, which can only be crafted during the Christmas event. By the way, it is important to remember that even if you have collected the necessary Christmas keys, there is a chance that the crafting will fail and then the keys spent on it will be lost.
New cars
A lot of new cars are already waiting for you in car dealerships of our server. In addition to cars, we have added exclusive New Year vinyls for each individual car model. Also you have a chance to get a free Gallivanter GV80 car during this update. To get it, you need to play on the server for a total of 50 hours.
New FIB interior
We have moved the FIB building to a new location, completely replacing the interior and adding many themed rooms for a comfortable game in this organisation.
New family event and sphere of ownership
Our team has been preparing for a very long time a new event for families with very profitable possesion to own. And the idea of it is simple – every 6 hours, starting at 10:30 am your family will be able to compete for the RP ticket factory. The family whose members will remain in the zone at the end of the timer – will have the right to own the property. Every hour the factory will produce 5 Grand RP tickets.
Updated design of the interface of resource buyers
Added a new interface for selling resources at the merchant, it became as clear and convenient for all players of our server without exception.
Updated Battle Pass
Autumn Battle Pass has come to an end, it’s time for a new Christmas competition. According to the classics, there are 3 types of Battle Pass, in each of them you can find prizes for your taste. In total there will be 252 levels, of which 125 are open. And the rest are hidden prizes. You have all chances to get a really expensive and rare thing on any of the levels.
Adding themed clothing to server stores
A lot of New Year’s items are already waiting for you on the shelves of our stores. Several types of masks, outerwear, shoes and accessories – especially for Grand Role Players.
