If you have one of these programs installed, simply turn it off. The best thing to do is as follows:

  1. Go to the Windows Task Manager.
  2. Disable all programs except: Rockstar Game Launcher, RAGE:MP, GTA 5.exe.

If the problem is not solved, is necessary:

  1. Go into the single-player game.
  2. Go to the graphics settings.
  3. Set the graphics settings to LOW.
