  1. Location – it goes without saying that houses located in elite neighbourhoods will cost more than the other ones. Of course, this is not the most important criteria when you pick a house but you should consider it.

  3. The presence of a garden – this is one of the most profitable types of earnings on the project, which is why the price of such houses can be very high, even despite how the house looks outside or a location of it.
  4. Class of the house – usually not a lot of people pay attention to it. Class of it only matters when you pay for the daily maintenance. If class is higher you will have to pay more everyday for maintenance.

  3. Losing a house
    This can happen if you fail to make the payment for your property on time, due to various circumstances. Then it will disappear from your property list and will go to “Auction”.
