It’s getting truly spooky on Grand RP, the best GTA 5 Role Play server — because the Halloween Update has officially begun!
Get ready for terrifyingly fun events, awesome rewards, a brand-new karma system, faction updates, and new vehicles with themed designs.
In this article, we’ll go over the main features and changes prepared for all players.

👻 Halloween Event
Let’s start with the main feature — the Karma System.
Now every player can choose between the light and the dark side.
Everything depends on your actions — and the global balance of good and evil on the server will decide much more than you think.
But first, let’s take a look at the missions you’ll be able to complete.
🧹 Broom Race
You now have the chance to ride a real witch’s broom, race through a spooky track, and earn candies as your reward.
🕯️ Battle for the Altar
Your role here depends entirely on your karma.
Every hour, it’s randomly decided who will defend the Altar — the light or dark side.
Once you see the event notification, teleport to the location and get ready for battle!
🏚️ Trick or Treat — Candy Theft or Gift
Once per hour, you can choose whether to steal candies or gift them to a random house.
Your choice determines which karma you’ll receive — dark or light.
To start, press “Set Route”, drive to the marked house, and press E to interact.
The number of candies you earn doesn’t depend on your choice — the result is decided by your side’s karma balance.
🏙️ Capture the Halloween Location
Every 10 minutes, you’ll have the opportunity to bless or curse one of the special event areas.
Your choice affects your karma — light or dark.
A successful capture rewards you with 1,500 candies, and every hour the server tallies the results.
If the light side dominates, they get the bonus — if darkness prevails, the dark side claims the prize.
👻 Halloween Ghost
A ghost appears in random places across the map.
Your task is to find it — and decide whether to bless or steal from it.
Your choice affects your karma type, but the number of candies stays the same.
🎁 Trick or Treat — Player Interaction
Once per hour, you can either steal candies from another player or share them as a gift.
Each decision affects your karma.
⛏️ Resource Exchange
Work, gather resources, and exchange them for candies in the special event shop.
Each resource has its own unique value.
🍬 How to Get Awesome Rewards?
The main event currency is candies — collect and exchange them for unique Halloween-themed prizes in the event shop!
🔒 Prison Guards and New Prison Jobs
Inmates can now reduce their prison time by taking on small in-prison jobs.
There are three available types of work:
- ironing clothes,
- cooking meals,
- cleaning the showers.
To start, simply approach the “Warden” NPC and choose a job.
For members of LSPD, SAHP, or FIB, there’s also a new opportunity — becoming a Prison Guard.
Guards oversee order, assign inmates to jobs, and monitor task completion.
Each completed job adds $1 to the prison fund, which is then divided equally among all active guards and added to their PayDay salary.
⚙️ Contraband Machine Update
The contraband production machine has been fully reworked.
You can now install up to 9 sub-modules instead of 4, and each one has 30 durability points.
However, only 3 identical modules can be active at once.
A new module called “Wood” has been added, and the crafting menu now clearly shows which main module each sub-module belongs to.
🧃 Juice Store Robbery
You can now rob juice shops!
To start, buy a crowbar at any 24/7 store, go to a juice shop, and press the interaction key.
Complete the mini-game and survive for 5 minutes in the marked zone while the police are on their way.
If you manage to hold out — you’ll get 3 random juices from the store’s assortment.
If not… well, better luck next time.
Police officers can stop the robbery simply by opening the shop menu.
💼 Business Updates
Businesses also received improvements.
Now, even when a business runs out of stock, players can still buy goods or use services — though the owner won’t earn profit until restocking.
A brand-new business — the Furniture Store — has been added!
All home furniture is now purchased here for money or wood.
More than 150 new furniture items are available, all of which can be managed through the new home interior menu.
🚗 Vehicle Update
The vehicle fleet also received attention.
Five new cars have been added, and several existing ones now feature special Halloween-themed vinyls.

The popular free car event is back!
Simply play 50 hours on the server between October 24 and November 9, 2025, and receive an exclusive reward vehicle absolutely free!
