Hello! 👋 I’ve been playing Grand Role Play for quite a while now, and I believe that auctions are one of the most exciting ways to acquire rare items and enhance your character. You can obtain unique assets here if you approach bidding carefully and wisely.
The auction is not just a place where you can buy any item. It’s a dynamic process where quick reactions, planning your actions, and understanding what you want to acquire are essential. Even if you are just starting, participating in auctions opens up many new opportunities and allows you to get things that are usually hard to find.
📱 Where to Find the Auction
To access the auction, you need to open your in-game phone and go to the “Auction” section. This menu displays all active lots — from regular houses to rare businesses and exclusive clothing. I often check what’s available since new items appear quite often.
💰 How Auctions Work
Various items are put up for auction, each with a current bid. The basic rules are:
- You can see the current highest bid for an item (for example, $750,000 for apartment №284).
- To participate, you need to place your own bid, which must be higher than the previous one.
- If no one places a higher bid before the auction ends, the item is yours.
🏘 What You Can Buy at the Auction
At the auction, you can find:
- Houses and apartments — ranging from economy class to luxury mansions (prices range from 5–6 million to 25 million or more).
- Clothing — Exclusive outfits can be purchased in the Order section, which cannot be found in regular stores.
- Businesses — Gas stations, 24/7 stores, and even family enterprises.
- Secret lots (Secret Millionaire) — These items can only be unlocked with 1 GC (in-game currency).
Every day, you can find something new at the auction, so it’s worth checking the available lots regularly.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
- Competition can be high, especially for rare items. Some players are willing to spend a lot to get the desired lot.
- Good news: if you lose, your money is returned to your balance. This allows you to try again without losing your funds.
- Some lots are in high demand, so it’s better to have a plan and know the maximum amount you’re willing to bid.
- It’s essential to react quickly and keep in mind that your bid can be outbid at the last moment.

- Set your budget in advance.
- Participate in auctions that end at a convenient time for you.
- Study the location and characteristics of the lot to understand its true value.
- Start with more affordable items to gain experience and understand how the bidding system works.
