Command. You started to play GTA RP and do not know how to correctly play your role? In this article we will explain you everything about roleplay what is IC and OOC, we will tell you terminology which will help you to understand in more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is RP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

RP (Role Play)- reproduction by people or characters of actions of any story, both real and fictional. When you play on RP project you have to behave like your IC character and play roleplay situations. If you just registered and joined city you are a law-abiding citizen. This is where you journey starts and you pick which road you will go with. You can become whoever you want to whether a criminal or a state employee it is completely up to you. If you got bored of it you can become a leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IC and OOC information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have to know what is the difference between those two before you start playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In character (IC)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This is everything which is related to RP process. This is information that you get while playing. You can get it through using voice chat or through different players. For example, you just joined a server and, on the map, you know where are certain organisation is located but the problem is that your character does not know that. If you go to the gang and ask them «how to join your gang?». They will tell you they do not know as you have to say basketball club as it is there undercover in IC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Out of character (OOC)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By that we mean non-RP chat where you write things which are not related to rp process. OOC information is not related to IC at all. You cannot use OOC information in IC as it would be violation. When you enter a game, you know certain location on the map which is OOC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commands in GTA 5 RP.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On a server 4 commands exist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Do<\/li>
  3. Try<\/li>
  4. To do<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Those commands show the beauty of RP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is used from a first-person perspective. After you use that command, you have to describe what your character does. In \/me you write with a small letter and you do not put in the end punctuation marks. You can do several tasks if it is possible for a character to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
