Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
My past experience in Leo is good i work in all org except SAHP my journey started with the Government , i will start with USSS agent rank then i work hard and i work on each and every rank till i was chief minister. i gain to much experience then , I joined FIB and work on each rank and became Supervisor of SWAT. After the FIB , I joined LSPD as Special task force then i grow up in LSPD and right now i am chief of staff in LSPD . After being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining to much of experience ,I have spent almost 2 to 3 terms in LSPD . I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.
I want to become a leader of this specific organization because i have good experience in LSPD and when i join LSPD i face some issue and i start with lower rank i feel some favoritism in LSPD for my past experience, I know every thing about LSPD ,You know every new citizens starts their legal organizations journey with LSPD, When i become a leader my goal, I will provide a positive and supportive environment to my employee that they help to they give me their best , I have a good teams my deputies and my high command are very good experience and We are ensure to maintain the environment free from favoritism and corruption and make sure all rules are strictly followed.
Lastly I will ready with my team , My deputies and me have already planned some new changes , rank system and pr events so it can make the term more smooth and better.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization when i join LSPD, I see no one give proper training to new employee, And i see they new employee make a to much mistake that is not good for organization, I think make a good training for new employee , I will make a professional and experience, They give a professional training and hire a good employee , I have good HR teams they have good experience in past , They can train everyone efficiently, I think one of the important department is HR in every organization , And I personal monitor this department and i also have HR experience , I always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. Because "Professionalism is more important than everything, Not just following the rules. Don't allow it to happen to others if you think you are not enough professional".

Human And Resource Training (HR) : Their major work will be to take interview, hire and give a professional training.
Under Cover (UC) : Their collecting evidences in gang activities or destroy cannabis.
Parking Enforcement (PE) : Their major work will be patrolling in the city with their tow truck and ensure that no vehicles are illegally parked.
Internal Affair (IA) : Their major work will be to keep and eye on all the officers and constantly do their BG check, license check and ensure that no one do any corruption.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): Their main work will be to patrol in city and prevent citizens from breaking any law and to also respond to Global.
