Cooper is known to be a very intricate person who always finds the smartest to way to solve a problem, many people around him would call him a freak of nature because of his height and strength as well as how deadly he can be with weapon in his grips. Born to James and Raquel Murphy at Raphael Hospital in downtown Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv is a city located in Israel known for being the country's largest economic center and had the highest concentration of social and cultural institutions. James Murphy was a member of the mossad before he married Raquel Murphy from Canada, the mossad is the national intelligence agency of Israel. It is one of the main entities in the Israeli Intelligence Community, along with Aman and Shin Bet. Mossad is responsible for intelligence collection, covert operations, and counter-terrorism. James Murphy spread the love of the military to his son. Cooper Murphy moved to Canada with his family when he was 7 Years old, moving to Canada helped him learn different languages such as French and English.
When Cooper Murphy was 16 he joined the Royal Military College in Kingston to go into the army just like his father had. Coming out of the RMC Cooper Murphy was regarded by his superiors as an excellent marksman and went on to join the Canadian JTF2 to further enhance his skills and make his father proud. JTF2 is primarily tasked with counter-terrorism operations, both domestic and abroad, and specializes in direct action, special reconnaissance and surveillance, hostage rescue, protective security, foreign internal defense and other high-value tasks.
When he was 22 he was honorably discharged from JTF2 to join the reserves after serving in Countless reconnaissance operations and taking out high value targets while serving in Afghanistan.
Shortly after his 23rd birthday he came into contact with his cousin Ethan Murphy who served in the mossad and Israeli military just like his father, Cooper Murphy decided to apply for citizenship and go live with his distant cousin in Los Santos San Andreas where Ethan Murphy and him go to the shooting range every couple of days to go keep up on their marksmanship and together learn how to better themselves as soldiers should the day come where they get called back to action.
Moving to Los Santos was hard for Cooper Murphy, he was not a really rich man so he does side jobs (some less ethical than others) to make money for himself in order to get buy day to day in Los Santos where he relies highly for money off of his cousin Ethan.
Outcomes:
1) Being in JTF2 he has extensive firearms training making him effective in dealing with close range, medium range and long range combat, and because he was a member of JTF2 and training with his cousin he also knows extensive hand to hand combat including Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga. Due to these skills aquired through the military and his cousin he can therefore take a 3v1 with ease because of his training.
2) Due to living in Canada and being brought up by an Israeli father and being taught in bilingual schools, he has the ability to use French, English and Hebrew as his language skills
3) Because he is a former military member, he always follows the law and only kills when in Self Defense or In extreme situations where the use of lethal force is required
4) As a JTF2 Commando Cooper Murphy recieved special Stamina and Swimming training that allow him to swim longer distances then the average person and survive in extreme conditions unlike a regular civilian
5) As the son of a mossad agent Cooper Murphy was taught how to drive quickly on muddy and sandy surfaces
