hello,
in last forum which i made i respect the admin team that they looked into it and reduced my ban for 15 days but i dont think i should even get banned for this as i said at that particular time when yashwant checked my nvidia it was turned off but now i made it turned on and i used to use it before also so that recording is not illegal as whenever i use to record from nvidia it always record all overlays i just need to attach another screen in it thats all, i want to say that if you can look into this issue of banning people for this it will be good as i said in my previous complaint that this punishment is not correct as player get bans for even recording a pov of grand rp no matter what in it eventhough they recorded it for fun or personal use if its in your pc you will get banned for gr 6.17 that doesnt makes any sense as recording something in there pc is there personal stuff what they want to record and all if you want to apply this apply it on pov's which are required to be reviewed by admins like event pov pov requests etc then it is understood that recording these pov's are illegal but just banning a person to record grand rp is not fine as i got banned for a pov which was 3 months old also from my other account not from the account which i applied from so that doesnt make sense even i showed yashwant that i use fbx and it records all overlays eventhough my nvidia does that too and i think the old recording do have all overlays but, one think that people should not be punished for just having a recording of grand rp from a recorder which does not records all overlays i think its there personal choice from which recorder they want to record for normal things like roaming around in the city or of a normal gameplay you should check wheater it is recorded in events or somewhere pov's are must also it is not necessary to record except in events so why it is a problem if someone records it with illegal recorder because you dont care about that recording its the same if someone didnt record it or he did so why there is a ban for this, i think the admin team should read my application and make a good decision i expect an unban also a person who just said sorry got same reduction of bans like me even though harry checked his punishment history and i made a reasonable complaint still i got the same reduction in ban as him i am not targeting anyone but its not fair as i can also just say sorry about and all eventhough i have reason why i should be unbanned i think you should check that too whoever is reviewing this complaint
