Larry Mcgavin was born in the worst part of Detroit a area where people were killed for things as simple as the shoes they were wearing or the clothes on there back.
Larry grew up in a orphanage as both his parents died in a drive by not long after Larry's mother gave birth to him he only has pictures for memories now. growing up Larry was a lone wolf and wasn't afraid of a fight, he was often tangled up in fights with the other orphans nearly killing one at one point. that man became Larry's bestfriend until they were 18 they we inseperatable one day they were walking down 8 mile from the store when a car slowly crept up on them and began firing a Uzi in there direction striking Larry twice severely wounding him and striking his friend 6 times killing him. Larry fought for his life in the hospital in a coma before waking up and being told his bestfriend didn't make it. from there Larry vowed to never allow something like that to happen again he would hunt down every high value criminal and destroy there empires Larry moved to Los Santos and became a officer immediately trying to make a difference by going by the book but didn't feel he was putting a dent into anything it was time to change things up...
Career Story:
when moving to Los Santos Larry Mcgavin wasted no time becoming a officer of the law he applied and was hired to the doc. where he worked for a few weeks before getting the opportunity to become a officer for SAHP. Larry Mcgavin underwent a long vigorous training process where he was taught everything he knew to this day.
for the longest time Larry Mcgavin worked in SAHP moving up the ranks from rookie to as far as Chief of Highway then his sheriff term was up and Larry Mcgavin chose to stay in SAHP he became commander of a entire division once more under then sheriff Phil Roberts until he found himself fired and betrayed by the very sheriff he would of died for he knew the sheriff was corrupt and needed to go so he sued the sheriff himself and had him arrested and sahp was once again leaderless... It was time Larry Mcgavin Ran for Sheriff and became the Sheriff he strived for greatness at every turn and was always in the front lines when there was a situation he lead his officers with pride and created the best SAHP he possibly could with the help of all his high command and officers.. fast forward Larry Mcgavin is now the major of the task force in LSPD and knows its gonna take some sketchy stuff in order to clean up the streets this time and his time in Detroit couldn't of prepared him any better...
Outcomes:
1- Larry can use torture and truth serum as a means to get the information he needs
2- Larry is willing to kill those criminals after arrest as a sort of revenge he feels he needs inside for his bestfriend as long as he isnt seen
3- Larry is willing to help his family members to get out of trouble if they are caught
4- Larry can take on a 2-1 with ease
5- Larry has no issue turning the other cheek and torturing and killing fellow leos that he feels are corrupt
