He dont like me. and even he did not show his POV to sylvia. he just told sylvia punish him without showing his POV. and i also got punishment and org verbal. and see last 10 second POV of mine...

if you think blocking a van means trying to ram him and getting him off the road then you are wrong and you are a single person and you are going to pull him over while they have more people, you should call backup instead and then try to pull him over and even when you started you escape you rammed them

AND remember admins can watch over any situation if they see a rule break they don't need to ask your permission or they don't need to wait for someone to report it to watch the situation

AND who said you can't pull over a person in city, you are not allowed to rob or kidnap in city, no one told you cannot pull over and kill then in city with a RP reason, read rules correctly and stop creating own rules​
