Our friend we are trying to rob is obviously turning off his modem on purpose so as not to be robbed. It is clearly visible in the video when it is turned off. You may also find that he was deliberately messy and trying to trick him into saying the connection was lost. When did intentionally disconnecting from the Internet become the rule?
