After Prison event one guy shooted me first and i started to punching him and i got demorgan but for this guy nothing done despite firing in green zone

Seems To me Both you and the 150k ID were in the wrong, you still hit in GZ Therefor your Demorg is Valid,
The other guy should have been Demorged too but i assume there was no footage of this before now.
