Rejected POV request possiable cheat | 4824

I got 1 shoted from %100 HP to 0% instantly while i juiced up.im in the effect of %20 protection so it would need 3 shots to kill me(if they didn't use %20 attack).you can see i use protection juice and also you can see the icon at bottom left corner.
and all of this happens when im behind the wall but its probably just a desync
