Early Life
Born in central Nagpur, Josh was an only child, both parents were well mannered but in lower class of society. Father Zeeshan, struggling to hold down a job, Mother Anna, working in her local store.Life in Nagpur was hard for Josh. Growing up in poverty, Rebelling against his parents' hanging out with the wrong crowd, doing drugs, skipping school, until one day his best friend gets stabbed to death over some cash. Josh made a promise that he would turn his life around and join the special forces
Military/Special Forces
Soon after graduating into SAS he was trained in all forms of warfare from recon to sabotage. with these skills he quickly developed into a lethal solider and travelled around the world on missions.
Present
Upon joining the SAHP. Josh is given the position of Deputy Chief. starting from an officer and quickly found his way into the high command of SAHP. with his vast knowledge on both military structure and gang life he was a vital asset to the department and vows to clamp down on crime in los santos
Outcome:
1: May cut deals with certain gang members he used to know and are still loyal to him.
2.: is allowed to take bribes up to 20k
3: Can pick up and use illegal weapons on duty. ( Except when under heavy fire)
4: will be able to go into the Ghetto off duty and do whatever he wants at any time.
5: Can take on 2 people due to his hard training
6: Can sell and buy illegal items at Black Market. Excludes any weapons/armor from organization
7: Has bias towards his family members so he can reduce their sentence if situation has minimal possibility of getting caught.
8: Will be able to get involved in criminal activity when undercover to gain evidence in order to build a file.
9: can confiscate weapons from people for personal use
10: Can recognize people by their voice. using an advanced voice recognizer which stores and recognises voices its heard in the past
11: Can reduce sentences or let criminals go if he thinks it's better for the organization.
12: With his training and driving, he can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself or passengers.
13. Josh can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands (breaking force matrix).
14. Josh can torture criminals in order to get intel, even with harsh treatment if required.
15. Josh carries truth serum. which he can inject into suspects to obtain information
