Approved Warn for Shooting Inside of HQ| Pac Maddox

I was warned for shooting inside of a gang HQ, ((10-15 suspect name was Michael_Scarn))
He kept shooting us with a sniper from his Blood Gang Headquarters and nearly killing few officers..
Nobody seemed to tell him to stop from his gang, and he was not attempting to stop, where you can see me aiming down at him. giving him a few seconds.
I noticed he was still shooting, so to protect my comrades lives I decided to waste him and take it upon myself to stop him from breaking the rules..
I was actually planning to kill him and post a complaint on him myself, I just wanted to disable the rule breaker from continuing from ruining our ghetto patrol RP situation.
But obviously me taking these actions upon myself has back fired onto me. with a warning and a automatic kick from LSPD.

Nothing was being done from Michael Scarn to stop him from breaking these rules.
His gang HC should have noticed what he was doing as they were all around him and shouldve stopped him from breaking these rules any further..

I want my warning removed if admins find it reasonable of course... I thought I was just doing the LEO's a favor..
By wasting the rulebreaker. cause he was not planning to stop..

Regardless I will respect the decision the GODS decide to place whether or not they feel I should keep the punishment or not.

This is not even the first time they do this, i remember PD was heading to subs with a convoy and one of the bloods start shooting out of nowhere and other car ramming us into their HQ when we shot back their start crying and immediately start crying in forums , god damn what a professional rule breakers they are when they get into a disadvantage in any rp situation , pac did the right thing afterall please consider the whole situation and punish bloods gang for what they do everyday
