Evidence is pretty clear, we got information from an SAHP officer at the store robbery that there's two blood members behind abandoned car alone , we decided to gather units and outnumber them them so were 5 they were 2 we pointed guns at them they decided to run back to their friends just like them in the ghetto running back to HQ or shooting from HQ daily, anyway we even more, outnumbered them while they are completely alone in the footage at 00:47 and he still calling their friends not fearing for his life when like 4 5 guns pointed at their heads, having a hostage does not mean you don't fear for your life you know this can happen in every store robbery.... , btw here's another POV from other officer who was in the back and i was in the front...

Cmon ryan what you mean ? thats a serious rp situation and every one should have proper rp , if it was a single newbie officer , the org would get a warning for him...and those were 2 plus in serious rp situation ( event ) and also they are not new in the city
