Rejected KILL WITH NO REASON

This guy was attacking us with no reason at the exit of the hotel, we spoke once at beach park he said that he's new, then we met in front of hotel he proceeded to attack us me and a friend without a reason, I wasn't resisting or fighting back I got knocked once, ambulance came and revived me & then he came back again and knocked me twice? I lost my shotgun due that!
