this guy came and see im riding my biggest jeep in game on public road and trying to offroad just to learn some new tricks and he saw this fammily members hiting me and shooting me because i was just riding in public road and HE JAILED ME !

its not neibghorhood its a public road and its a mountain where i can do what i want and no one asking you

There are houses and people living. You cannot do that in a neighborhood. Might be public road but still not appropriate for your interest. Bc you were on the road not in the mountain.
