When getting a backup call to Jamestown apartments I see my friend get killed by another person and we begin to get into a shootout with each other. When we kill him we make an attempt to rob him but he begins to claim his "house is right in front meaning we can't rob him, even though any illegal activity in front of your house makes it a RP reason for people to shoot you. This player stalled for the longest time and eventually walked into his house without fearing for his life.

Further into the video he just Fail RP's even more and goes on with his day like he wasn't getting robbed. That's the latest I had clipped but it should be clear that he was avoiding the fact that he was being robbed as he kept claiming he was "in front of his house" even though he had killed my fellow gang member and took his weapon just seconds before...
