Too start it off, this isnt really a complaint, im just wondering. Im guessing you warned us in the given thread for not having 15 people and a hostage, but that was because we had made a deal with the police that our guys goes out of the area, and three of us stat with the hostage. So im just wondering if we have to be 15 people with the hostage at all times?

Your family was given warning because of event rule 1.21, which says = Hostages can only be from legal organizations. 1 hostage per 15 people. Must be realistic demands | WARN
1, You did not have any hostage who was a member of a legal organization
2, You only had 3 people but based on rule you need 15 people of a single hostage

So based on my point of view, your punishment was completely fair
