Living in the city, Palcey resided in a household that was fortunate enough to receive a good weekly income, which kept Palcey well fed and accounted for in his own home by his parents. Although his parents managed to keep a stable lifestyle, Palcey himself was never able to understand the concept of life. His parents, who eventually would turn to become his forgotten enemy, would mentally and physically abuse Palcey to the point of insanity, where all mental stability and consciousness would be lost in an grueling slow pace. After losing his capabilities to do everyday things, attending school would end up causing major harm to the Students and Faculty around him. Due to the constant physical abuse and torture that his parents would cause him, Palcey would snap at other students who gave him 'a look,' or would start to violently scratch, claw, and attack anyone who would try to get close to him. Always being remembered of his parents. Because of the multitude of incidents that have been caused by Palcey as a child, school guidance decided to evaluate Palcey's mental health. After evaluation, Palcey was diagnosed with a list of mental illnesses. That including schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder with Psychopathic Traits, Major Depressive Disorder, etc. He was removed from his Mothers and Fathers care as an undergoing investigation proved to show Palcey's abusive state of care by his parents.
As the years went by, Palcey was never able to find a suitable home due to his mental issues. He was reinstated to a Mental Care Facility for Children in which he spent his entire life all the way up till he was 18 in physical, mental, and emotional therapy. The therapy in question involved a lot of social interaction, which is what Palcey couldn't handle. Being forced to socialize, he ended up learning to slightly interact with people he could trust. It took months for him to trust someone. And for others, it could take years. But time is all he had, since all of this started at such a young age. Eventually, he was permitted off the hospital grounds to interact with people, possibly get a job and start making money, live independently. He was paid for a vacation out to the snowy mountains to go skiing on a resort. After all, being in the hospital for 18 years, he surely got a reputation and was known by all the Hospital Staff. For the first time ever, Palcey was able to make a friend that didn't take days, weeks, or a month. It all started when he decided to go take skiing classes. He never was taught how to do things on his own. So even in the outside world, he rely's on peoples help and advice to continue on in life. There was a girl that he sat next to as he waited in line, with ash white hair and a blue streak on one side. After making friends, he found out the girl in particular was actually staying for a good couple days. And once again, he felt an emotion he never felt before. Excitement. He couldnt sleep the next night, excited to see his new friend. They went up a ski-lift to go down one of the intermediate mountains. After reaching the top of the mountain, they hopped off and proceeded to check each others equipment before heading down the mountain. After all was said and done, they went down the slope, little did he know that this slope would transport Palcey to a nightmare once again. The moonlight only shined upon the snow like a flashlight shining in the air. Nothing was visible, all the excitement between Palcey and his new friend clouded his judgement and he proceeded with skiing in the night, even if he knew it would be dark. He lost his friend that day as they swerved into an oncoming tree that took his friend off the mountain. Palcey was brought to an abrupt stop as he hit the tree. Dazed, he crawled over to his friends screams as she called his name out in the distance. Palcey too, fell off the side of the mountain. Falling in a hill of snow, he pleaded and cried for his friend. Calling her name out as he stumbled in the darkness, never reaching her, and never coming back to the resort. He fainted from the cold and fatigue. Later on in the day, he is awaken to the sound of an oh so familiar rumble. That of a helicopter hovering above ground. He thought it was the hospital coming to save him once again, but this time it was different. In the daylight, a team of full black rapple down from a giant helicopter, weapons drawn and a red stretcher on two peoples hands. He was scared at the sight of the weapons, knowing that the last time he saw one was with his parents. He completely forgot what his parents looked like, so did their names, he forgot his relatives, everything but their voices. That in which haunts him till this day. He crawled away from the men in fear despite his tiredness, but the men reassured him that they aren't there to hurt him. He cant remember anything after that besides the cup of orange juice that was given to him by the same men in a building. They later introduced their names, Agents. Palcey didn't know what an Agent was, nor did he understand why such scary looking people can be so kind. He then was told that the Agents were dispatched to find him because of his past violent tendencies. The hospital hasnt' heard from Palcey and called 911 as Palcey was no longer a child, and CPS couldnt offer any protection services. He was psyched about the Agents apparel, he wanted to know more about them. And as per his request, the hospital permitted that the Agents Building was suitable for him to stay. The Agents particularly were intrigued by Palceys knowledge of aircraft. They wanted to have him work with them, considering he is the suitable age. But it took a couple years, as the hospital said that Palcey was not mentally capable of such task just yet. So in that 6 years time, Palcey was taken through rehabilitation for his social interaction, and his Physical Training was conducted by the Agents themselves. He was physically capable of taking down 2 trained agents with just his bare hands and feet. And he was able to communicate with them without hassle. After further evaluation, Palcey is permitted to take his aviation training. After his aviation and aeronautics training is complete, he then phases onto a Bearing Test, that in which Palcey is tested to not laugh during certain occasions, or not to give out any confidential information about his Agents or the Department itself. He is then put of the final phase, in which things are loosened up a bit and he has to do some field work. In the meantime, Palcey loved robotics as it was one of the lessons shown during his Final Phase, he then built a miniature drone that is able to fly around at command, and built to follow no one but himself. But this drone was able to record a full 360 degrees and was able to be introduced to other Agents as a tool that can be used to record and list things into the database. After all was proven during field work. Palcey was declared suitable to be introduced to the Team.
Detective Palcey has overcome the barriers of life, and now has something to look forward to. He is devoted to the Agency and will do anything in his power to make things right. Understanding the concept of undercover work, his next mission is to find those who made his life like hell. Hunting his parents with his team. Leading the way and overpassing others expectations despite his past.
Outcomes -
- Palcey is able to eliminate threats 1v2 because of his extensive training on MMA and Guerrilla Warfare
- Palcey has made a microscopic drone that is deployed and flies at all times, which sends live footage to the FIB Database.
- Palcey is able to pick up guns and ammo while having his weapon out as he is fast switching on both hands, and he has learned that everything can be used if you find the right way. He will only do it when there is no active gunfight going on.
- Palcey has weapons on him at all times as he finds himself to be physically safer with one. It can be both Department owned or his own, he will use anything to defend himself with.
- Palcey will not give any info about his department to strangers or anyone that tries to force it out of him, as he is still very antisocial and mentally incapacitated to blurt out words by order.
- Palcey will not do anything unlawful in the presence of his co-workers, civilians, etc.
- Palcey can call for backup when no one is looking as his stealth skills that built up during his childhood is able to not catch the eye of normal people.
