I'm filing a complaint to appeal the WARN decision I got from my own uploads for insulting.
I upload clips showing someone insulting me because I didn't realize I had backed into a GZ, or that it was an issue to run to GZ to avoid RP (which, isnt even what happened), and I accept that its a thing when he mentions it rudely, and even say to him in the clip "Fine, my bad, ill come back and continue it" AND I DO. I GO RIGHT BACK OUT OF THE GZ for him because I didn't realize that's what happened. I backed up to clip and record, and when he points out (insulting btw, which was approved as OOC insults DUE TO MY LACK OF UNDERSTANDING THE SITUATION) that it was into a GZ I comply and continue that "RP" by driving back out and telling him to follow. Which he does. and continues to shoot. The RP wasn't broken. It was a slip up while trying to record WHICH I AKNOWLEGDED AND IMMEDIATELY RECTIFIED. You can see my mouse cursor trying to click on the replay record feature in the second clip.
So why were the reports for the insults approved, which he explicitly used to tell me I didn't know the situation, proving that exact point, that it was a mistake and not intentional. That he points out the slip, and I correct it. Immediately. I don't argue with him or sit there. I go right back out.
It's not like I drove from SS airfield to the LS hospital to get away from him...I didn't stall for 20 mins until buddies showed up. I literally, within like 10 seconds of him saying "Youre going to a GZ? you know thats not allowed fucking idiot?" say "my bad, fine, ill go back out, lets go and continue.
I JUST got off my self defense warning, why am I catching another one for being informed of a situation that may cause a rule break, and immediately fixing that situation?
PLEASE explain to me how correcting a misunderstanding isn't ok... I've seen people "CL" and come back to continue RP with no warning. It took me 30 seconds max to realize and correct.
1.3 : It is forbidden to leave an RP situation by going into a GZ. Warn
So backing up to record, him calling me a fucking idiot to tell me that exact thing, me realizing that and saying my bad, ill come back lets continue. You consider that actively GOING into a GZ to AVOID RP. Just wanna get that right. Saying, "my b, lets continue" and going back out. Is AVOIDING RP...?
