Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 85974 will receive a punishment for violation of Gen Rule 6.15
(No proper RP demands were give, asking someone to leave from a public road is not an RP demand)
There was RDM with NonRP demands but there is no F word. "F*ck" is not the F-word as in Gen Rule 6.19
