Rejected Perm-Ban - 1.7 - I believe falsely banned

I am trying to figure out why I would be banned from the server? I understand the rule of 1.7, but the only interaction that I've had with IRL currency is through the purchase of grandtokens through the in-game menu. I am still relatively new.. maybe about 3 weeks into the city and am confused as to why I (who barely speaks to people) would be banned for something like this. Thanks.
