Dear Alex Odd. I see No-Recoil in the person asking me "POV Request". Most people approve of this. You know the advantage of No-Recoil. While we can hit 4 or 5 out of 10 rounds, that guy can hit 10 out of 10 rounds. If no-recoil is not prohibited, we can use it too. But as far as I can remember, 2 of 3 people using it in the Brotherhood family were banned from the 4.1 general rules. Can you tell us if no-recoil is not prohibited on the server? We can use it accordingly. Because this man is not banned and this man's friends are not banned.
