Hey I am from LSPD ,
There was no rule break. No shots were fired outside of parameter by FIB.
For the ladder one. You can use the roofs if accessible by ladders.

Its a false report against FIB

Hello all

Just want to say in this POV there is nothing related to FIB. There were no hostages to fear for and they ran as soon as they started counting to 10(Demands given) It was you who stayed there and didn’t fear for life and not run away.
Also in your POV there is nothing that confirms FIB was shooting outside, and no provoking is seen as well.

Addition to this the roof rule is only applicable to FZ and if they are on an accessible roof (which again you can’t prove from your pov as you don’t see anyone on roof) it’s not an issue and they can stay there.(only in store robbery not in FZ Raids)People told you that demands have been given still you didn’t run and walking for your life and not fearing as if nothing would happen.
Also very realistic of you to run in the open and not take cover in an active gun fire

For the next time Pls talk to Gabi once before reporting as these kind of forum reports have to usually be approved by the leaders .
