This individual came past the capitol 2 days in a row, doing their best to get a reaction out of us. the Clip provided is of him and friends unrealistically driving onto Capitol grass and the proceeding to provoke us, at multiple times you can also hear them scream and partially Ear Rape us. I understand if this does not get approved.
