Meta-gaming( 15:30 - "My hands are untied now, cuz I turned my radio off")
Screaming in microphone whenever a higher-up was talking. Made it difficult for me to listen to my colleagues.


Hope I didn't missunderstand any rules from the ones I thought he broke. If any of my reports are not right, please let me know and the reason. Would help my Roleplaying skills improve. Appreciate it!

Also, not sure about this one, its not conclusive, but I think he also OOC insulted me after I "showed him our barracks" by calling me retarded.
