i stole avi taylors cars near the beach market behind the bars on the auto show side which i have permission to do .

he runs away with the car but i had the access of it then i tried to get in the car and he takes the situation ooc and i cooperated with him . he also tossed me out of the car and tells me that we are not allowed to steal admins cars. then i left the situation .

Green Zone It is a place where all criminal activities are forbidden.
Even if it's not scripted zone Beach market and nearby areas are green zone
So provide POV of process of car stealing to see have u made it in green zone or no

+Admin can not turn something OOC course Admins by default are OOC in 100% cases.

0.32 seconds in the POV it's clearly PG for which i also gave you a verbal warning to not do it again and after that i tossed you from the car when you tried to take it away even after breaking rule and getting verbally warned for it.
And please show the POV of the full situation and let the senior admins know if the car was in GZ and if "Admin powers" were used or no before the rule break.
