I think these guys were not even vagos yet still participated and they were able since the raid was not a red circle event which gives vagos unfair advantage of numbers making events not fun at all and ruining all LEOS experience in this city, anyways they broke Ghetto rule 1.9.

But there can also be a chance that the clothing may have been glitched in some eyes and one of them were yours, and there is also a chance that there are some Kaw Kaws within the 14K who has forgotten to change their clothes and attended the raid XD
