For close to 45 minutes, while I was at the Capitol working the door, others and myself became #154949's target for incessant abusive behavior. I've not bothered trimming the footage as he takes up most of it, and I would have needed to split the footage 6 times (6 video proofs, 6 uploads, etc.). I repeatedly messaged admin/gods for help as 1. I'd already had to let a trespasser/troublemaker go (featured) due to department messages going unanswered, and 2. #154949 and a number of others had simply ganged up on me and the other government workers trying to help handle things. This person isn't here to society-build or engage in any RP, and are always allowed back in to start their inane attention-getting schemes, over and over again. To say that they make those who try their best to run things the right way miserable is an understatement.
The footage cuts off due to my system, game AND computer, crashing. Instead of being in the city, working on things I'd planned for the night within my department, I'm here, having to spend an inordinate amount of time reporting behaviors this guy KNOWS are rule-breaks, abhorrent and reportable already. The numerous insults, including "retard", "bitch", "smelly bitch", etc. are all up for viewing in their original battering-ram like fashion. Expecting a player to put up with this, spouting the "it's just a game" rhetoric when these things happen, the more people will leave. For me and so many others, their game ruins ours entirely, and absolutely nothing feels very "fun" at all.
No one comes here for this level of blatant, incessant abuse being foisted on them. No one.

0:00-2:21 : comes in naked and won't put clothes on.
3:15-6:36 : returns with shirt but no pants, clothing rules still enforced, mouthing-off begins.
7:08-10:41 : #154949 returns and starts insulting nearly everyone working in gov now.
11:20-16:12 : inquires for a job wearing a different shirt. After I "help" him with information, he makes his "grand reveal" and starts dancing his ass at me, me telling him to stop repeatedly yet he continues.
18:09-18:48 : returns hurling insults at us from the cracked open doorway. Continues with that barrage as I step out and tell hiim to leave.
23:22-end : longest bit due to consistent actions end-to-end while I was detaining and trying to process another 10-15. He begins now to purposefully pedal his bike into me and the guy I've detained as his insults grow more personal, and demonstrates more sexualized actions directly at myself and others there. Things begin dog-piling as others rally in support for the ones coming as us incessantly, and I nearly give up. Department-chat requests are going unanswered/no help arriving. Numerous messages of help to admin also go unanswered due to high activity in the city being addressed. Upon his following myself and a friend to where we are further up in the Capitol outdoor area, II finally taze, cuff then lead him off to wait and see if admin reply. Ends on others showing up and #154949's continued rallying them saying not to talk to me, because I'm a "smelly bitch", who join in, just before my system crashed out.
