i admit to handcuffing with a gun out although it was an accident. I told him I would provide him with medical attention ~5-10 seconds before actually providing him with medical attention and also towards the end of the animation. Also 539 tries to VDM multiple times. Clip

also you title needs to be fixed i was watching forums earlier but you put 12666 instead of 12699. So this could've been resolved alot sooner than it currently is.
