I was trying to revive ID 61013 but he wasn't accepting the healing. Tried multiple times but still he did not accept it. Clearly avoiding revive to save $2000.

Bro, I have nothing but respect for EMS, but this type of reports are just wasting the Admins time, why would he call you in the first place if he didnt want to pay? Probably something came up IRL and the guy had to take care of it hence he not accepting, plus hes not refusing like you see, he's just not accepting cause most likely he's not present, but eh I've said too much already, dont like to get in people businesses, just giving my two cents about it, thank you for your service!
