I asked the person to step out of the vehicle several times for reckless driving. He used unporfessional and foul language towards me and my trainee. he refused to get out of the vehicle and started driving away. I shot a tazer shot that missed, and he drove up the block and opened fire on us. He managed to knock down my trainee, but when I got the suspect down and was about to cuff him he popped his own head to avoid arrest. In the clips he is also shown writing an offensive word.
