after I got hit by a vehicle I stopped on the sidewalk to check the back of the Ferrari cause it looked nice and I liked the details of the vehicle and while I'm checking it out I look behind me just to see a vehicle ramming me and my vehicle for the second time.
I posted a link to the video and a screenshot under it(this guy has gotten multiple punishments in the past)

You are standing on the road, he hit you once and he was moving at a high speed so there is no way you will register for him in time​
