Hi there Mazhor, Hope all is well. I am making this appeal because Phani Garcia warned me for shooting during a hostage situation. However whenever I pulled up to the situation there were already shots being fired and so (in order to fear for my life) I also opened fire. One of my fellow officers was also shot on the hill when she was apprehending someone who was alone, and when she got killed we also opened fire because it logically makes sense. The clip below shows Bloods opening fire and gun shots, and it also shows department chat where we were told the situation was a 10-10. I have been working hard to ensure I follow the rules, and truly feel this was a wrongful warning. If needed, I can have the officer who was shot on the hill provide bodycam of being shot at while trying to apprehend a suspect. Thanks for your time.

That's why you alone tried to destroy the whole gang? While hostage is in a danger. Fair punishment​
