There is big dispute and misunderstanding between old players and new players . Also between admin to admin. Main problem is 50% think Submarine is OOC event . 50% and old players know that Submarine is IC event
- No circle so no boundaries.
- Gangs and State Leo included ( Not family's)
- FIB can take proofs for raids.

We want to this dispute put to end and asking for u Mazhor coz u are Maker of Rules .

We want u to describe point of Submarine event if Leos can arrest or Gangs take hostage and continue RP on another location if needed.

If its OOC event than FIB/GOV cannot abuse pictures and make proofs for raids.

This dispute is only for Balkan server for misunderstunding POV of this EVENT

I playing ur Project since April 2021 from EN#1
-Was in NG(4monts during Papa Valeri,Evangelia Papakosta,Richard Sole leadership)
- Was in LSPD (1 mont during Dangelo Green leadership)
-Was in FIB (3 monts during Mike West and Hank Volkov leadership)
At the June State Leos and Gangs make agreement of not arrest and not capture hostage. So they start coming on event. But this story was only for terms of Leaders in that time.

All people that will react to this post also asking for declaration to put dispute in end.
