[Elon Mars]

In the provided bodycam footage it can be clearly seen that ID17463 ran over 4 LEO officers intentionally. He came out of DOC and punched 1 of us then I cuffed him and asked him the reason, he said it was an accident so I let him go with a warning and then he got into a rental vehicle and ran us over. I think enough evidence can be concluded from this footage but I can still provide with full footage of events taking place if required.
