Life Story: Kyle Murphy was born in Toronto, where he spent the first few years of his life idolizing his father James, a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Kyle Murphy developed a relationship with his father after he tragically lost his mother during childbirth.
Kyle Murphy was young, and because his father couldn't stand living in Toronto any longer, he and his father jumped ship and relocated to James' hometown so that Kyle could stay true to his father's roots. Kyle was enrolled in a French public school, where he struggled to fit in and had begun gambling on the side, making small bets in order to make a lot of money.
Shooting dice did not prove successful for Kyle which caused him to get into massive debts with small crime groups around Montreal. Kyle Murphy's father did not like the way of life Kyle was going into so he forced him to enroll into the Canadian Royal Military College where he would gain honors and get into the Canadian JTF2.
Kyle went to fight in Afghanistan as a commando, he served one term before being diagnosed with PTSD and having to leave the military. Kyle went back to gambling and had established contact with his brother in law Daniel Harris who was living in Los Santos at the time and was married to Kyle's sister Tania Murphy.
Daniel had convinced Kyle to declare for US citizen ship and move into Los Santos so that Daniel and Tania could keep track of him and keep him out of trouble.
Career Story: Kyle Murphy when he arrived in Los Santos was still relatively broke and could barely afford to pay rent to Tania who at the time was running for Chief of the Los Santos Police Department. Tania decided that she would take her younger brother Kyle under her wing and turn him into a bright aspiring police officer who could hopefully do good one day.
Kyle would frequently go to the shooting range with Tania. Kyle had landed a job with the LSPD and rose up from the ranks thanks to Tania after she became Chief of LSPD. Kyle had risen to the rank of Deputy Chief because of his valor and courageous work as a member of the LSPDs field training office. Just as Kyle thought he had life right he had gone back to his old ways, he had teamed up with a crime family and decided to start taking bribes and selling guns to make some more gambling money.
Tania Murphy found out about Kyles behavior which Tania would cover up to help her little brother Kyle. It all came crashing down after Tania took the fall for Kyle who sold information to gangs. Kyle went into hiding after Tania had fled the country to escape her trial, Kyle was left alone with Daniel Harris and they continued what Tania started. They became masters at marksmanship and would frequently go to the shooting range or practice hand to hand combat as they searched for a new job far away from the LSPD. Kyle knows that Tania is the only reason he is not in jail and is making sure to cover up all his tracks next time.
Outcomes:
1- Kyle will take weapons he steals off of criminals and sell them to make money for gambling
2- Kyle in order to not be caught will not hesitate to smash bodycams and destroy evidence that could link him to crimes
3- Kyle will use any weapon legal or illegal in the situation where he needs to defend himself (This includes on duty)
4- Kyle will hide a bodycam in his glasses that will always be recording and uploaded to the cloud (RPly activated of course)
5- Kyle will take bribes of up to $20,000 to destroy evidence or sell information
6- Kyle will release people from custody who he trusts (Mostly high ranking members of his family because remember he has trust issues)
7- Kyle only trusts a very limited amount of people, Kyle will save his closest friends from the police by tampering with evidence
