Life story:
Devarsh was born on 2nd of December 1996 in Gujrat, India Devarsh’s father left his mother 2 days after Devarsh was born. Devarsh’s life was hard as a child because he had a single mother that had to work all day to be barely able enough to afford rent. Devarsh would go to sleep some nights without any food which ignited his drive to earn money and become successful. After Devarsh graduated from high school he couldn’t afford his college tuition, but due to his love of the law Devarsh posed as an Attorney that would provide legal counsel for money. After 1 year of providing legal counsel as a fraud Devarsh gathered his money and went to study law in the University of Gujrat and graduated, but his love for money was still there.
Moving in to San Andreas:
As soon as Devarsh moved into San Andreas he took his bar exam and went to the bar committee for his bar hearing, after his first bar hearing Devarsh was accepted and he would become a lawyer in the city of San Andreas. Devarsh worked as a lawyer for a short period of time before joining SAHP to help them as a police officer.
Career Story:
After Devarsh joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol he excelled in every division he was in, Devarsh would do lawyer work when he is off duty to satisfy his greed, as being a lawyer meant good money for him. As Devarsh worked for SAHP he loved the law to the point where he would assist in legal cases for SAHP when he wasn’t the District Attorney. Donny assisted the District Attorney and the department legally to the point where he was appointed the District Attorney for SAHP meaning that he would be able to work for SAHP and at the same time he could work as an attorney.
Outcomes :
(1)Devarsh will always have a extra hidden bodycam rolling around hostile situations.
(2) Showing no fear to 2 or less people, being able to try his best to talk him self out of the situation where 2 or less people are holding him hostage at gunpoint. He is not afraid to use his combat training when he sees an opportunity to get out by using force.
(3) When Devarsh is in trouble, he is able to pick up guns (Legal or illegal) and ammunition while having his weapon out from his enemies and fallen targets, except when he is under heavy fire.
(4) Devarsh can torture criminals in order to get intel, keeping basic human rights in mind
