King Ilya grew up in the tough streets of Sicily, King's father was a criminal he and his family was like a gang, and King wasn't going to school his mom was teaching him everything she know. King when he grows up he started to know how crim life is and he started robbing cars, He learned how to use the keyset and he was a professional thief. Once in the city The second King landed in the city he met a corrupt NG agent named Victor Ilya, upon meeting Victor Ilya, King found that Victor Ilya had different methods of getting things done. After a while of knowing Victor Ilya, he was introduced to Deeb Ilya who helped him with his marksman's skills along with Victor Ilya and his gang Gangster disciples. Once King felt he was ready he informed Deeb Ilya about joining the NG as he wanted to be a detective, a little while after that Victor Ilya followed King into the NG. Upon joining NG After joining the NG with Victor Ilya both he and victor became NG detectives, King coming in as a detective and Victor coming in as a Lead Detective, they worked very well together. After 1 month of working as a detective alongside him higher up the victor, he came into work to hear some of the worst news in his life, victor Dundee was pronounced dead. He was in mourning for a very long time and investigated the case, upon inspecting the coroner's report he found that victor had a bullet hole in the back of his head, he will continue to search for the killers alongside Deeb Ilya. King talked to numerous gang members one of them name dark Ilya and integrated them. He used the methods victor taught him to get the information needed on the killers, he used hammers to break kneecaps, taking their weapons, breaking fingers, waterboarding, etc. Once the gang leaders found out about the interrogations they got very mad and sent men after King, King used his marksman's skills to fight off the suspects using his previous training from Deeb and Victor, and he was able to take out 2 men at once in any situation. King now today is still working to find Victor's killers and getting help from his cousin Dabzi Ilya.
Outcomes
1. King is a sharpshooter and can take on a 1v2 situation due to his previous training from Jony Dundee and Stephanie Fettuccine.
2. King will not be able to stall in situations that threaten his life due to his childhood of violence
3. King can record any situation at any time with a shoulder pet
4. King can use corrupt techniques in interrogations to get the needed information.
5. King can free his family from prison.
6. King can use NG equipment off duty.
7. King can take rob people.
8. King pays his informants
9. King can use the truth serum to get information from criminals
10. King can kill others on/and off duty in and out of ghetto (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only)
Anything can be changed if needed and has been checked over by NG High Command. King is aiming to be more on the corrupt side and a dirty cop that is good at his job along with a very good shooter. Sorry for the bad grammar
