this kid started to insulting parents when I arrested him and telling him his rights as u can see in my pov and he didn't stop all the way to DOC and even you can see in my pov that he called his friends to start blocking our way and provoking us

you can see also in my second pov he starts yelling at his mic and he still insulting me and he starts to say some Racist words so please take ur action with him
